Shipment

All pieces are gift boxed and shipped with a Royal Mail 'Signed For' or 'Special Delivery' service.  Both services are tracked and insured and will require a signature on receipt.

Delivery Times

Because all items are made by hand please allow 5 -10 working days for delivery. If you find that you need something sooner or by a specific date, then just drop me an email via the Contact page so I can confirm the availability of the item and prioritise it's delivery.

Returns Policy

Just in case you are not entirely satisfied with your Emily Collins Jewellery an exchange or credit note can be offered, within 14 days of purchase if the piece is returned unworn, in it's original packaging and in perfect condition. This does not apply to especially commissioned pieces or especially customised pieces. Repair or a direct exchange will always be offered in the unlikely event of a structural fault.

General Jewellery care tips

Some beauty products such as perfumes can react with precious metals causing them to tarnish more rapidly. When getting dressed be careful not to spray them directly on your jewellery.

I would not recommend using liquid silver dip to clean your silver jewellery but instead a soft toothbrush, warm water and liquid soap or a very gentle abrasive cleaner. Remember to dry the piece thoroughly afterwards with clean paper tissue.
